A spiral freezer is an efficient freezing device that freezes a large amount of products in a small ground space. The freezing amount can reach 500kg/h-3000kg/h.
Spiral freezer is widely used in the fields of bread fermentation and cooling, as well as individual quick freezing of seafood, pastries, meat products, poultry products and dairy products, ice cream and other food products.
Structural characteristics of spiral quick freezing machine:
The conveyor network is made of SUS304 stainless steel and uses high-strength stainless steel spiral specialized mesh. The threading end adopts automatic high-frequency wave forming technology, which runs more smoothly and has a longer service life. The evaporator is made of industrial aluminum alloy material, with aluminum tubes, aluminum fins, and tightly arranged tubes, providing good heat transfer performance. The safety device is equipped with: conveyor belt flipping sensor, mesh belt adjustment sensor, emergency stop switch to ensure safe operation of the equipment. The insulation structure system is composed of stainless steel metal insulation panels, with polyurethane filled foam inside. The platform is 225mm thick and fully welded with stainless steel, without water seepage or settlement.
